A 100% net-to-seller offer, with no unpleasant surprises.
Ligokero is paid when the sale with the selected professional is completed. The commission is 10% of the sale price and is deducted from the transaction amount.
Your request is part of a genuine intention to sell. You sign a mandate before Ligokero consults its network. If the proposal is declined or the sale does not go through, no commission is charged.
